RCE LOCK100 series is a cationic polyelectrolyte, used as retention aid to improve the retention rate of filler and fine fibrous material on paper.
UniVOOK Chemical's Cationic Polyelectrolyte is engineered to significantly enhance the papermaking process by improving key characteristics of the final paper product. With a primary focus on boosting retention rates, this polymer becomes an integral component in achieving superior paper quality.
Enhance efficacy by optimizing results with a diminished unit dosage, thereby maximizing efficiency and resource utilization.
Decrease the concentration of suspended solids in the white water, aiming for a more refined and clarified solution.
Enhance the degree of sizing for improved quality and effectiveness.

Suggested adding sequence: cationic starcher - neutral colloidal CE series - cationic retention aid;
Suggested dosage: 100-200ppm;
Dilution concentration: 0.02-0.07% (dilute in pure water);
Adding point: the adding point shout be near the net box, provided that the paper feed is well mixed with the retention aid.;
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months
