Epoxy-modified PE Wax

Epoxy-modified PE Wax (GPW) is a kind of modified polyethylene wax product, obtained by grafting polar monomer with epoxy group to non-polar polyethylene wax molecular chain. With both polar and non-polar characteristics, Epoxy-modified Polyethylene Wax has good compatibility with polar polymer and non-polar polymerization.

Light color, low odor, low free monomer, high thermal stability.

APPLICATION

• Coupling Agent:

Epoxy-modified PE Wax is used as coupling agent in the production process of PE, PP, PVC, to improve the compatibility and adhesion of the polymer matrix and the filler interface, improve the mechanical properties and thermal resistance of the composite material;

• Dispersant:

As dispersant, to be used in the production process of masterbatch, color masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch and degradation masterbatch, which can promote the dispersion of pigments, dyes and flame retardants in the resin;

• Compatibents:

Used as compatibents for production of PE, PP, PBT, PET, PA6, PA6 and PC alloys, to improve the compatibility of matrix phase and dispersed phase, and interface strength;

• Lubricant:

Epoxy-modified Polyethylene Wax is used as lubricant in rubber and plastic composite processing industry;

• Polarity Enhancer:

To increase the polarity of non-polar resins, such as PE and PP.

• Adhesive:

Used in hot melt adhesive, composite film, aluminum-plastic film industry.

• Anti-settling Agent:

Used as a coating anti-flow hanging agent and anti-settling agent;

• Waterproof Agent:

Used as anti-settling agent for paper, fiberboard, wood and water-based coatings;
