Oxidized Polyethylene Wax
Oxidized PE Wax (OPEW) is a modified polyethylene wax, synthesized from polyethylene wax (PEW) by low temperature catalytic oxidation technology. Controllable acid value, high softening point, high hardness, good thermal stability.
APPLICATION
- Used as a raw material for the production of polyethylene wax emulsion;
- Oxidized polyethylene wax is used as lubricant, defilm agent and phase solvent in rubber and plastic processing industry;
- As a dispersant, lubricant, brightener, OPEW is used in the production process of color masterbatch, additive and filling masterbatch.
- Used as viscosity regulator in hot sol industry;
- As brightener or anti-scratch agent, it is used in ink, printing and dyeing industry.
- As a water repellent or anti-settling agent, used in the painting industry.
